What is Yogikor return Policy?

Want to return something? We are here for you! Just make sure it is returned in 15 days. We take back all returns in the original sealable packing. If your return is not accepted, we are happy to send it back your way on your expense. The returning process is super simple. Just contact us at info@yogikor.com with subject title: Returns. We will then email you the details.

How do I start the process of refunding my item? What do I do?

Refunding is easy at Yogikor. If you have bought a product at full price, we're happy to give you a full refund, store credit or exchange whichever you prefer. If an item is bought on sale, we're here to give you store credit that can be used for upto 12 months.

When will I receive my refund?

We will try to make it as fast as we can for you! Usually it can take up upto 7 business days for the process to be completed. That being said, credit cards are a bit tough to go around so it might take upto 2 billing cycles for your refund to be returned to you. The store credit will be given to you via email once your return has been finalised and approved.

How do I return a gift?

Please follow our return policy and make sure to send the gift receipt with the item in it's tag and original sealable packing for your return to be accepted.

How do I cancel my order?

It is based on the status of your order. It is really helpful if you contact us soon via phone. If we can't cancel your order, there is a returning process that we can run you through.

Can I exchange my order?

As of now, we are not offering exchanges but if you have an item that you would like to replace, just click HERE to land on our returns page. Just return your product and place a new order.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

No, we do not. PO Boxes are a tough call to make. Even if the system accepts a PO Box address, it will cause a whole lot of delay.

What's my order status?

The order status can be checked with the tracking number that we send to you via email.

Can I add an Item to my previous order before it ships?

That's a little hard to do once your order has been placed. The order immediately goes to the warehouse to be packed. But we are happy to take more orders from you if you have missed anything in the first order.

Can I change the size or color of what I ordered?

As soon as the order is received, it is sent to our warehouse immediately to ensure fast delivery. If something like this happens, contact us via phone or ping us or send us an email immediately.

Do you have any discounts for first-time buyers?

We offer first time buyer discounts to customers referred by repeat buyers! It's a cool 10% discount. You also get a 25$ discount on your own orders for referring someone.

Do you have any discounts for students?

Students have our hearts! Please click HERE to sign up for student discount.

Do you ship Internationally?

NO, we do not. As of now, free shipping is just within Saudi Arabia.

Why is my order didn’t arrive in the estimated time?

Sometimes delays happen from the shipping company. Please contact us if this happens so we can help you get your item in the fastest way possible.

Do you have a size chart for the apparell?

Yes, we have an accurate and helpful size chart for our apparel.

When usually the Out of Stock will be In stock again?

We have got email alerts for that. Just sign up under the product and you will be notified as soon as the porduct comes back on again.
